We’re Here to Help

If you are an existing Faithlab client (we developed your website) and you still need assistance after checking out the resources available on this page, send us a note using this form. Please be as detailed as possible if you are experiencing an issue.

If the issue is on our server, we will work to resolve the matter at no cost. If the question is regarding training, adding a new page, area or feature, a modest support fee may be requested (we’ll let you know if this is the case before doing any work).

We respond rapidly to support requests sent through this form!

EMAIL SUPPORT USING THE FORM IS FREE.

** Phone support is $25 per 15 minutes. If you are on a Faithlab Updating Plan, please use the ticketing system.

Add Features & Capabilities

Your WordPress site is tremendously powerful, and if you need additional features, such as private areas, a pastor search area, a working area for a committee, an event management system, or other needs, please ask Faithlab what might be possible. We are happy to quote on adding features.

Wordpress Help

KEEPING YOUR WORDPRESS SITE UP-TO-DATE WITH CONTENT AND NEWS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TASK.

When you need help knowing how to add a page or work with a particular sort of module, this support page can help. If you need assistance, we are here to help, but most users can easily learn the skills needed to handle most updating tasks.

Videos

Below is a collection of videos covering the most commonly done tasks for a WordPress website.

Watching the video that covers the topic you are needing is the easiest way to learn. The videos both explain and show how to perform tasks. We recommend clicking the “full-screen” icon (lower right corner of a video) for the video you wish to watch in order to better see the demonstration.

WORDPRESS UPDATES

When you login to your WordPress dashboard you may see notifications that certain plugins, or even the WordPress system, have updates available.

We have sites set to automatically update all but the most significant updates. Few updates are critical or required, but are simply updates pushed out by the various plugin and system developers. If the update doesn’t resolve itself in a few days, let us know.
